How do I know which size will actually fit me, with all the variations in sizes between labels?
It's best to know your measurements, then compare them in our size chart as a good guide. If an item has a major variance in sizes we will state this in the listing. If in doubt at any time please drop us an email and we will be glad to help you out.

A size has sold out but I really want it what can I do?
You can either add it your favourite list that way if it comes back in stock you will be notified otherwise email us and we will try our best to assist you.

I ordered the wrong size and would like a smaller/larger size?
Please email us right away at info@cocopink.com.au so we can check if the item is in stock and the size is available. If it is we will provide you with an RA number. Once we have received the item in original condition the replacement size will be sent out at no extra charge.
If however the item has sold out we can provide you with an online credit note which can then be used towards your next purchase, as per our store policy we do not refund.

How do I know I can trust you and I will receive my item?
Coco Pink Pty Ltd is a registered business and our ABN is 18 364 380 280. We are located at Shop 11/450 Nepean Highway, Chelsea VIC 3196 and have been trading from this address for over 2 years. All prices displayed are in AUD, and include GST.

Why don't boots come in boxes?
To save on postage charges we remove boots from boxes and ensure they are packaged well with bubble wrap etc when sent to you. If you really want the shoes sent in a box please let us know.
